2020 FIABCI-USA Grand Prix of Real Estate “*Kapiolani Residence” by Samkoo Hawaii, which was invited to United Nation (UN) Habitat for a better urban future with affordable housing in 2018. (* Extramural research funded by SamKoo Hawaii ($30,000/ AY 2012 – 2015). The research was focused on minimizing maintenance fee of the building with maintain a descent quality of living condition.)
