For over 30 years, Glenn has served as a lecturer at the University of Hawaii where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the School of Architecture and the Department of Civil, Environmental and Construction Engineering. A co-founder and former principal of MKE Associates LLC, he brings 38 years of consulting experience to his teaching. In his private practice, he specializes in the investigation and repair of existing structures. He is a licensed structural engineer in Hawaii and a licensed civil engineer in California. Glenn’s academic foundations include an M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, with a focus on Structural Engineering, as well as a B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
