The UH Board of Regents has awarded Assistant Professor Wendy Meguro one of six 2021 Regents’ Medal for Excellence in Teaching. Selected from all faculty, UH System-wide, recipients exhibit an extraordinary level of subject mastery and scholarship, teaching effectiveness and creativity, and personal values that benefit students.
“I am honored to receive this award. I am grateful to my students, colleagues, mentors, family, and friends who inspire and support my passion for teaching,” Wendy said.
Professor Meguro joins four other architecture faculty who have also received the BOR Regent’s Medal for Excellence in Teaching Award: Lance Walters (2019), Hyoung-June Park (2014), Jin-Ho Park (2002), and Leighton Liu (1996).
