Dongyan Jiang and Creesha Layaoen receive an Undergraduate Research Opportunity Grant for Distributive Agriculture: Designing for a Neighborhood-based Food Economy

Dongyan and Creesha were awarded an Undergraduate Research Opportunity (URO) grant to build on work developed in a Fall 18 Arch 415 class. Their research  looks at greenhouse and neighborhood models that address the need for increased food production and integrated neighborhoods, or agri-hoods in Hawaii. They were also awarded Honorable Mention at the recent Undergraduate Showcase in the Arts and Humanities category.
